Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Currently we are looking for a highly motivated Finance Leader who can contribute to the companies growth, adaptable, and passionate to Tech-based Start-up companies. This is a key role for the organisations as you will be part of a team dedicated to improve the finance system and part of a drive to ensure productive and smooth business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the Finance Operations, Corporate Finance and Corporate Strategy.
- Handles the Financial Reporting Company's Cash flow, Financial Planning,and Tax Issues.
- Work closely with the Regulators to submit the weekly, monthly, and yearly report as required.
- Able to lead in the company's corporate actions, such as fund raising.
- Provide strategic initiative and collaborate with the other C-level and founders.
- Prepare the Investor relations report and maintain good relationships with local and multinational investors.
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
- Reviewing all formal finance, procurement and supply chain, business, and IT related procedures.
Requirements:
- An MBA or CPA is also highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and or any related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of working experience in the Finance industry.
- Experienced with the fund-raising.
- Capital Markets background would be a plus.
- Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced working environment.
- Has a network with local/multinational investors.
- Experience in a start-up is required to be considered, ideally in an IT company.
