We are looking for a Full Stack or Back End Engineer to lead a team of developers in the continued development of our Regulatory Technology solution. Deep domain knowledge is not a requirement, but excellent technical and communication skills is a must. You will be working with a team of engineers, researchers, and designers, working with the users to meet tight delivery schedules in a challenging domain.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of front and back end engineers
- Designing and implementing web-based front-end and back-end applications
- Coordination with the Project Manager to ensure timelines are met
- Ensuring responsiveness and robustness of applications
- Coordinating cloud and on premise deployments
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- At least 3 years experience developing production-ready web applications
- Understanding of the common design patterns used in web-based applications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Stack requirements:
- Fluency in Javascript and Vue + Quasar in particular
- Fluency in Python and Django in particular
- Fluency in SQL and relational databases, PostgreSQL in particular
- Familiarity with HTTP servers (Nginx or Apache)
- Familiarity with Docker and common deployment methods
- Basic understanding of Linux administration
